Job Responsibilities: Day-to-day operations of residential construction projects; Maintain job records; Work with production department to set-up job; Integrate great performance from subs, employees and vendors; Solve problems and make quick and accurate decisions; Perform carpentry labor and supervise help as needed; Maintain the highest degree of integrity; Maintain schedule and budgets.

Qualifications: The ability to read and execute architectural plans; Possess a high skill level in carpentry; Own your own tools; Have reliable transportation; Be detail-oriented; Enjoy working as a Team Player; Be Self motivated; Have a strong commitment to customer service; Great leadership qualities; And strong people skills.

Job Responsibilities: Work with our Marketing Team to develop leads and pinpoint our marketing effort; Make preliminary and closing sales calls; Work with an estimator to develop budgets; Assist in developing contracts and schedules; Work with production dept. schedules; Have the ability to follow-through and provide outstanding client service.

Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably in the residential construction industry; Be a master of details; Have the desire to be a part of a great Team; Show convincing evidence that you are self-motivated; A LOVE for serving customers and unwilling to settle for anything less...a "customer comes first" attitude; Possess great leadership qualities; and have a genuine love of people, with the skills to deliver on that promise.
